- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I should have known better from the moment i tried to schedule an appointment i had problems. The lady scheduled my appt for the wrong day. Then we rescheduled she scheduled it for the wrong time. I waited an hour past my appt time because the doctor ans his assistant were late.They didn't check my insurance prior to arriving and told me once i was sitting in the chair unless i paid out of pocket for the x-Rays they wouldn't do the cleaning cause my insurance only allows it every 5 yrs. I explained this is a new insurance and i never had this insurance before. She said well idk what to tell you.After leaving i called my insurance and they said i have never had e x-rays with them before and im due for them. This place is full of people who do not kniw what they are doing from the person making the appointment all the way to the dentist. The place it self is discussting abd dirty. The equipment does not look new, which is fine but its all dirty. Even the tray that they put the tools. It had build up and gook. Idk about u but i dont want clean tools they are planning to use on me on a dirty surface.I recommend anywhere but this place.September 30, 2017by Kat M
